Account Password Reset Guide

When logged into the aBitNow App you can click on the Profile icon in the upper right corner and a menu will open beneath it, click on the My Profile link.

To edit either your Mobile Number, Email, or your Password, click on the respective links and follow the guides below:

Change Phone Number:
1) Send a One Time Password (OTP) to add a new phone number, we need to perform some security verifications, please check your registered email for a OTP code to enter in Step 2.

2) Enter in the OTP code from the email you received.

3) Enter in the OTP code from your new mobile phone that you received.

Once both OTP codes have been verified, your new mobile number has been updated.

Change Email Address:
1) Send a One Time Password (OTP) to add a new email address, we need to perform some security verifications, please check your previously registered email for a OTP code to enter in Step 2.

2) We now need to have you verify from your phone. Please check your phone for a OTP as well.

3) Enter in the OTP code from your new email address that you received.

Once both OTP codes have been verified, your new email address has been updated.

Change your Password:

1) Enter your current and new passwords (which must meet minimum requirements) and click Change Password to go onto the next step for verification.

2) Check your email and enter in the OTP code that you received and click Verify OTP.

Once the OTP code has been verified, your new password has been updated.
